What a grade is for

A shoot delivers a log image. The grade is the pass that makes that image hold a room: skin, night, and the aerial of glass, sand, and trees. We finish picture in DaVinci Resolve, with sound, score, subtitles, and lower thirds when the film needs them.

A lean job gets a standard balance. A film that has to hold a hall gets a fuller cinema mix. On the color page, drag across each frame. One side is the image before the grade. The other is the graded frame.

Color on its own is priced per clip, from ₦1,500 to ₦5,000. That line is on the rate card.
